Service Plans

We offer several affordable and convenient Maintenance Contracts. There are several billing options to choose from, so you can find the one that will best suit your specific needs. The following are descriptions of those contracts available for our copier lines:

  • Platinum: Our full service contract. Covers all labor, parts and consumable supplies (toner, drums, developer, rollers, blades and "parts kits" for periodic maintenance) and excludes paper and staples.
  • Gold: Covers all labor, parts and consumable supplies (except toner, waste bottles, paper and staples)
  • Silver: Covers all labor and parts and a discounted pricing on "parts kits" for periodic maintenance (consumable supplies are billed separately)
  • Bronze: Covers labor only.

Signa Digital provides very flexible payment plans depending on the customer's needs. Contracts can be billed monthly or quarterly in arrears with a minimum quoted monthly volume, or semi-annually and annually in block payments. You can add your maintenance to your monthly lease program for combined billing. You can change your plan during any given quarter of the year. Meters

Our Planned Service Program allows for easy and convenient meter readings. When the meter readings are due, you have several choices. You can enter your meters via our web site, or call them into our office or fax them. Our operating system will automatically plan your next service call. 

As an additional benefit for customers under contract, we have a Loaner Program. If your equipment is down or is expected to be down for more than a 24-hour period (i.e. parts on national backorder etc.), we will provide a loaner machine for your use until your equipment is in working order.


No matter how serious it seems, they always are able to fix it in a short amount of time. We do not always get the same person, but they all treat our needs with the same concern and confidence that they can take care of our machines problem.
