Tina Blinsman

Tina Blinsman has been with Signa for over 9 years and has held various positions including Sales Representative & Contracts Manager. She is currently the Managed Print Services Specialist. Her responsibilities include business analyses of a customer's communication requirements developing proposals and working with the Sales Organization in a comprehensive & consultative approach. Tina is HP certified trained in MPS and she also has a Project Management Certification (PMC). In all, Tina has over 23 years of industry experience. Tina holds a degree in Business Administration from National University. She is native to San Diego and has 2 daughters & 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family playing games and seeking God.


Jim McElwee

Jim McElwee is Contracts Manager at Signa Digital Solutions recently returning after retiring in 2011. He started his career at Signa in 2006 as VP of Operations. Jim has years of printing & imaging experience having worked at Ikon Office Solutions for many years. Jim is a Six Sigma Black Belt and before coming to the Printing Industry he spent the bulk of his career years at Top Gun Miramar where he was a Maintenance Training Administrator as well as holding various training positions at General Dynamics, Lockheed & McDonald Douglas on the F16, F14 & F18. Jim also has 21 years of military service in the Air Force at Academic Instructor School, and he attended Southern Illinois University. Jim is originally from Louisiana, Missouri but relocated to the Bay Area at age 12. He moved to San Diego in 1990. He has been married for 45 years with 2 grown children, 7 grandkids and 1 great grandchild. Jim enjoys playing golf, and considers himself somewhat of a BBQ Chef.


Alyssa Paraiso

Alyssa Paraiso is the Receptionist at Signa where she started in 2013. She ensures timely dispatching of all customer Service Calls. She is currently attending Grossmont College where she's studying Criminal Justice and hopes to transfer to SDSU soon. Alyssa is a San Diego native. She enjoys her downtime relaxing with friends & family.


Manuel Salcido

Manuel Salcido is Signa's Dispatcher, Customer Care Manager and Warehouse Coordinator. He has been with Signa since 2012. Prior to Signa, Manuel worked in production and assembly and warehousing for 12 years. He is a Commercial Moving Expert which includes expertise in large machinery transportation, time management, organization & optimization. He is also responsible for part orders for technicians on behalf of the customer where he receives them & distributes accordingly. He also assists with the installation of new products to customers. Manuel is recently married and is a Pastors Assistant at a local Christian church where he enjoys teaching & preaching The Bible. He was born in Blythe and has lived in San Diego for the last 30 years.

Manuel Salcido Sr. is our Driver, responsible for flawless deliveries of new equipment to our customer's offices. It's often a tight squeeze to get new equipment around corners or up a flight of stairs, but Manuel has over 20 years of experience delivering large equipment and leaves every install without a scratch! When Manuel's not a Signa, he's the Pastor of The Potter's House Christian Fellowship of El Cajon. Church and most of his free time is dedicated to serving the members of the congregation. Manuel's married with 2 children. His son also works at Signa and he's a grandfather of two.
