Ross Banks

Ross Banks started with Signa Digital Solutions in 2007 as a Service Technician. He has been working in the copying & imaging industry since 1980 which includes stints at Ikon and other High Tech companies. He has a strong work ethic always striving for excellence and prides himself on staying current with technology including solutions & software applications. Ross is originally from New York but has been in San Diego for many years. Ross has 4 children and enjoys mountain biking and paragliding and pretty much NOT sitting still!

Larry Bell

Larry Bell has been with Signa since 2012. He has 30 years of expertise servicing Canon copiers and HP printers with various other companies before coming to Signa. He graduated from Coleman college in 1984. Larry enjoys wine collecting with his wife as well as playing golf and has an interest in the Arts. He was raised in Las Vegas and has lived in San Diego for 40 years.

James Drake Jr.

James Drake Jr. has over 20 years of experience in Service with a variety of positions ranging from Technician to Team Leader to Specialist to Service Manager. He came to Signa in 2013 after years at Remco & Ikon . James is a two time recipient of "Technician of the Year" Award and a Canon certified ATSP (Association of Technical Service Professionals). James holds a BS in Computer Applications and Networks with a minor in Management from Coleman College. He is originally from Washington, D.C. He has a part time business where he enjoys making custom light switch plates and he's a die hard Washington Redskins fan.

Gary Guodace

Gary Guodace has been a Service Technician with Signa Digital Solutions since 2009. He has over 20 years of experience with many products including Minolta, Ricoh and Canon. His list of clients includes some of Signa's largest customers. He's been in San Diego since 1975 after relocating from Brownsville, Texas via New Britain, Connecticut. Gary enjoys spending time with his college aged son, off-road riding in the desert and general handyman duties around the house. He also plays guitar with a group of guys in his garage about once a month.

Michael Hayes

Michael Hayes started at Signa in 2012 as a Service Technician. He has been servicing Color copiers since they were first introduced by Canon over 25 years ago. He originates from Portland, Oregon where he was part of a six person team specializing in Canon high speed production. Working at Signa not only provides him the latest Canon certifications and training, but also gives him the opportunity to support wide format printers and the Universal Laser Systems product line. Michael is married and his favorite pastime is transforming his '05 Mustang convertible into a modern day hot rod.

Geoffrey Laroza

Geoffrey Laroza joined the Signa Service Team in 2004 where he started in Dispatch, Warehouse Management and then gradually moved up to a Set-up & Delivery Position then finally to Service Technician over a year ago. Prior to joining Signa and relocating to San Diego, he worked for Riso Products of Sacramento. Geoffrey graduated from ITT Tech in Sacramento with an Associates of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Geoffrey is trained in all types of canon copiers and is a Certified Technician on the new Advanced Canon copiers. He also has the Canon ATSP certification. In his free time, Geoffrey enjoys playing, making and listening to music - he's often in the studio. He also enjoy snowboarding, surfing, biking and shooting.

Eric Rudenberg

Eric Rudenberg has been with Signa Digital Solutions as their System Engineer for 10 years. He has been working with photocopiers for over 20 years at companies like Danka & Imagecom. He has over 40 years of experience working in the IT environment. Eric graduated from Coleman College in 1993. He has numerous certifications from Canon, Sharp, HP, and Microsoft. He enjoys spending time with family in San Diego & time off in Las Vegas.
