Training Commitment
To get the most out of the products you have selected from Signa we feel that we can provide you with a comprehensive Training package that will help your employees be more efficient with your device selection and get the most out of your investment.

Product Training

New office equipment placements from Signa Digital Solutions includes one full Key Operator Product Training, to be completed with-in five business days of installation, conducted by one of Signa's Certified Product Trainers.

Request Training

This product training would include the following:

Black & White and Business Color Copiers:
  • Copier overview showing operation, paper path and how to change consumables.
  • Basic copier features and functions.
  • Advanced/special features.
  • Key Operator training to adjust system defaults and program management account codes.
  • Network printing, scanning & software solutions - when connected.
  • When a fax board has been added, the following is included:
    • Basic fax sending and receiving.
    • Advanced sending options.
    • Key Operator programming, including fax defaults and how to program an autodial number.
Printers:
  • Printer overview showing operation, paper path and how to change consumables.
  • Network printing, scanning & software solutions.
Fax:
  • Fax equipment overview of operation, paper path and how to change consumables.
  • Basic fax sending and receiving.
  • Advanced sending options.
  • Key Operator programming, including fax defaults and how to program an autodial number.
  • Network printing, scanning & software solutions - when connected.
Production Color:
  • Three training sessions will be provided on all production color equipment.
  • Equipment overview showing operation, paper path and how to change consumables.
  • Basic features and functions.
  • Advanced/special features.
  • Key Operator training on how to adjust system defaults, program management account codes and calibration.
  • Network printing, scanning & software solutions - when connected.
Training packets that include a customized phone reference list for placing a service/supply call, answering questions or requesting additional training sessions, for a nominal training fee, will be provided with the training session.
