  • Certified Smart Dispatch Personnel can monitor your device reports (MIB) and send a Manufacture Code that enables the Field Technician to be better informed as to device circumstance
  • Plan and Prepare for the normal wear and tear of copier/print/scan function
  • MIB information assists in part inventory
  • Car stock for planned part replacement and maintenance
  • $500,000 in Signa parts inventory
  • Part need identified and shipped within 24 hrs

Remote Tech

  • Remote Tech is the best-in-class service and support for our field technicians
  • Enables our Field Service Technicians to do what they do best - serve our Customers
  • This technology enables our Technicians to know the history of your machine and be up to date with all the service requirements
  • Remote Tech schedules all planned preventative service calls
