Signa Digital Solutions have been awarded ATSP certification for the 8th year in a row. This achievement clearly demonstrate our dedication and commitment to providing superior customer service. This certification is awarded after successfully passing a series of six exams, prepared pursuant to a proprietary Canon testing method and administered by Canon U.S.A. Our participation in this program demonstrates the value we place on our team members that help to satisfy our customers. ATSP – Association of Technical Service Professionals – is a Canon certification program  that allows dealer technicians to demonstrate outstanding end-to-end customer service and satisfaction by helping to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.

The Canon ATSP certification is an industry-leading certification program designed for technical service professionals who support Canon products. The program provides a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on developing the technical skills and knowledge needed to support Canon products and services effectively.
